PRI (Primary Rate Interface) is a fixed line voice service which works on ISDN technology. It offers digital connectivity with scalability. PRI solution has 30 channels providing voice, data, image and video services on a single link.
TTBS is the only service provider to offer SLA of 99.5% Network availability and 4 hrs MTTR. In case of breach of commitment in a quarter service credits are given in the next bill.
Unlike in traditional telephony, where bundles of physical wires are delivered from the service provider to a business, a SIP trunk allows a company to replace these traditional TDM based multiple PRI lines with SIP Trucking service, offering the best in class IP solution.

The core Routers known as P routers perform fast label switching and the edge routers known as PE routers are service originating routers. PE routers are connected to the Customer End routers through high performance Switches. The efficient design & intelligence of MPLS architecture will decide the route that needs to be followed by each packet that is getting into MPLS cloud. The differential treatment for varied Class of Traffic is achieved through COS (Class of Service). This would be defined for customer s traffic depending upon application wise traffic priority required on customers’ connectivity solution. TDBS has a robust MPLS VPN offering to meet varied network connectivity requirements of multi location enterprises in India.
It is a secure MPLS VPN connectivity that is deployed on hybrid access solutions. Standard MPLS VPN enables customers’ authorized personnel access to enterprise applications including mails, intranet services, ERP, CRM, collaborate on video conference, tele-presence, and remote trainings or even indulge in real time voice over IP (CUG). It also provides customer capability to allocate additional network resources for priority applications.
Managed MPLS provides all the features of Standard MPLS along with CPE and its maintenance, performance reports, CPE configuration, policy change management and 24x7 proactive monitoring. It also provides the option to build additional security layer over VPN with our Unified Threat Management offering.

A Leased Line (Leased Circuit) is a dedicated point-to-point Layer-1 connectivity at subscribed speed between customer’s two locations with no connectivity to the PSTN at either ends. Since bandwidth is totally dedicated to the customer, a Leased Circuit provides secure, reliable and high speed connectivity. This exclusive, high-speed digital circuit provides the customer an opportunity to combine a variety of telecommunication applications, including the transmission of point-to-point voice, data and video.
Toll-free numbers are numbers that begin with 1800 in India, and allow callers to reach businesses or individuals without being charged for the call. The charge for using a toll free number is paid for by the called party (the toll-free subscriber) instead of the calling party. Toll free numbers can be dialed directly to your business or personal telephone lines.
Toll-free numbers do not have a physical connection, as opposed to fixed voice services like PRI / Centrex/ SIP Trunk. Toll-free numbers are virtual numbers built on intelligent networks with telecom operators’ switches with the capability to address unlimited concurrent calls at any given point of time, subject to capacity built at the receiving end by the customer. If customer has one PRI line, the TFN can handle 30 concurrent calls. Call capacity is completely dependent on the number of channels at the receiving end. A toll-free number service provides a single, common number across the country.
